Being healthy takes more than just thinking about weight management.  A Health Coach is someone who can sit with you and help you determine goals and barriers to help you achieve the results and living of life you hope for. It includes a professionally designed program for developing a life-style of healthy living and overall wellness that is tailored to your individual needs and goals, while maintaining a safe and injury free experience. Sessions can involve a single participant or up to five participants in a group. Sessions include all kinds of wellness topics, but it’s tailored for your needs. The hope is to educate, empower, and remove barriers to help you get to your healthier lifestyle.  In many ways your Health Coach is accountability for you as your try to make new habits.  Your Health Coach is a great support and source of information to help you succeed!   Life is to be lived and enjoyed, so let’s get going!

Personal Training

Personal Training is an opportunity to help you move better and learn self care techniques to help you move and feel better.   Together with your Personal Trainer, you will be assessed and learn your goals and barriers to help you determine the best way to first restore your body to help movement feel better.  Then the plan will extend to sessions that are workouts but also include self care techniques as needed.

What can you expect from your Health Coach or Personal Trainer?

A knowledgeable professional, certified by the American Council on Exercise,  who has the skills and training to accurately assess your fitness level, understand your unique physical challenges and complicating medical conditions, be able to design a fitness program unique to you while ensuring the maintenance of your overall health, wellness, and safety.

What is the difference between Health Coaching and Personal Training?

A Personal Trainer in our facility is a certified fitness professional who works with clients to achieve fitness/movement-related goals by including.  They design workouts, teach and correct form, lead training sessions, assess fitness measures, and make adjustments to training as needed. The main objective of a Health/Wellness Coach is to provide counsel and general assistance for the client to effectively come up with strategies that will improve all aspects of their life. A Health/Wellness coach could work to address a specific condition, or target a range of issues.

Why do I need a Health Coach or Personal Trainer?

If you would like to be more physically fit, but are unsure of the best way to go about reaching that goal, or concerned about injuring yourself, a skilled Personal Trainer  can guide you and help you start and maintain a fitness routine that will be safe and successful. Our team of Personal Trainers and Health Coaches collaborate with our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapist to have the strongest fitness and wellness skillset to help serve you.  If you have anxiousness or fear of movement or injury, then this team is the one for you!

If you feel like you may want to sit down and work through behaviors, barriers, environmental challenges, etc, that are impacting your success, a Health Coach will be that support.  Either way you are choosing to do the work and you have a qualified trainer or coach to guide to help recognize the path you need to be on to enjoy success.  In the end our team has a well rounded skill set.  That means they can help you in all wellness dimensions.  There is just a direction to go between a trainer or coach if you have a heavier bend toward movement or toward behavior to keep it simple.

  • If you know you want to get started then you call or stop in and set up an appointment.  The next step is to get your paperwork filled out so your Trainer or

Health Coach can best serve you. and get your history and self-assessment paperwork started.

  • Session 1: The Trainer/Coach will take you through fitness/wellness assessment testing, including baseline measurements, and equipment orientation
  • Session 2: Receive the results of your fitness assessment and your Trainer/Coach’s recommendations. This is the official first session of your workout or to

schedule your choice of additional sessions.

Appointment Times and Costs:

  • Training sessions: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment
  • Session Prices: Initial 15 Minute Consultation FREE
  • 1 x 60 Minute Training Session: $40
  • 1 x 30 Minute Training Session: $22

We Offer Multi-Session Package Savings!

  • 6 x 60 Minute Training Sessions: $210 (Breaks out to $35 each)
  • 6 x 30 Minute Training Sessions: $132
  • 12 x 60 Minute Training Sessions: $384 (Breaks out to $32 each)
  • 12 x 30 Minute Training Sessions: $264

These packages make it easy to take advantage of our discounts for multiple sessions with your Personal Trainer. You make one easy payment in advance, for your sessions to receive the savings.  It saves you time and helps you plan for the expense of additional sessions.

Group sessions for two or more participants are available.
