This is a 4 part series. Each part is 2 classes. You come two times a week for one month and learn different tools to work your way toward better fitness and movement.
Luke is a wonderful teacher and is able to break down movement to reduce or eliminate dysfunction. That means you feel better and have more energy.

Cost is $60 for all 8 sessions.
Class starts July 24th and runs each Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am-11:15am.
This is a small group setting so you can get some really good individualized attention.
