A great class with little to no impact. It gives you more of a cardio workout but as always there are some strength building activities built in.

You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
For us this is a class that is in-between Strength and Sculpt and HITT. Variety is the key here. If you want to work on different things and use different pieces of equipment for a whole body workout this is a good class for you!
Gain flexibility and strength at the same time. There is usually a great time to relax and decompress at the end of the session. You can’t believe what learning how to breath again can change your function!
A high intensity class using a standing kickboxing bag. You will kick and hit and feel better after! Gloves are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
