Class Descriptions

Boot Camp
This 45-minute high energy, fat-burning workout incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with strength conditioning. In this format, you’ll experience the feeling of a great cardio and strength conditioning workout at the same time. Don’t forget your towel!

Easy Does It
This low impact class is a mix between floor aerobics, strength, core work, and stretching. It’s a great class if you have any limitations such as knee, shoulder or back pain by providing modifications you need in your exercise routine.

Zumba
This dance-fitness class will change the way we look at a “workout” forever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

TRX
TRX is a suspension trainer that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself. Simply change the angle you position your body to the anchor point to change resistance. TRX will help you gain strength, balance, flexibility, and core stabilization.

Body 360
Work your muscles in every way possible.  This class is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. No muscle gets neglected in this class!

Yoga
This class incorporates different stretching and strengthening postures and deep breathing that will make you healthier in body, mind, and spirit.  You can tune in, chill out, and shape up all at the same time.

Basic Training
includes a variety of total body conditioning exercises that involves strength and cardio.  This class is designed for intermediate participants who want to target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways.
