Delay the Disease is an evidence based fitness class geared towards anyone affected with Parkinson’s Disease, but all aging individuals are encouraged to attend. This fitness program is designed to proactively improve flexibility, stability, balance, and strength. Individuals who have participated in this program have noticed improvement in walking, dressing, maintaining balance, and increased endurance. The best part about the class is IT’S FUN!
