What can I expect from my Personal Trainer/Health Coach?
Our personal Trainers understand that one size does not fit all. They will customize a program designed for developing a life-style of healthy living and overall wellness that is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals, while maintaining a safe and injury free experience. They will motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness. They will also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
How experienced is my Personal Trainer/Health Coach?
All of the Personal Trainer/Health Coaches are knowledgeable professionals, certified by the American Council on Exercise, who have the skills and training to accurately assess your fitness level, understand your unique physical challenges and complicating medical conditions, be able to design a fitness program unique to you while ensuring the maintenance of your overall health, wellness, and safety.
What should I wear?
Clients should wear lose fitted breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortable shoes or sneakers. Sweat rags and a water fountain is available, but you can also bring your own.
