Why did you go into Physical Therapy?
I went into PT after experiencing its benefits firsthand. I sustained an injury early in my college years that affected almost every aspect of my life. I struggled with my classes, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t enjoy competing (or even practicing) because of a pain no one seemed to understand or treat. It took three years to finally learn what had happened to me and actually treat it appropriately. I found my relief in PT at the hands of some really wonderful people. I wanted to be a person who had the knowledge to not only know what people need to feel better/ heal, but also, the skills to do something about it!
What is something you want people to know about you?
I ran Track at Wartburg, I enjoy drawing, crocheting, running, cooking and baking, and spending time with my husband and two German Shepherds.
